About Me

i'm a guy into music, movies and books. who isn't? well, movies are a given. most people are into music, too. but guys who read are hard to find. i'm not picky, though. you don't have to have a penis to join the club. i'm interested in hearing what other people are reading. so please feel free to leave your suggestions or opinoin here. i want this to be a place for people to see what's being read out there.

i'm more into new stylized authors. people who stand out from the norm. classics are good and i'm not opposed to reading them, but new, catchy, funny, smart books that require you to wear a seatbelt while reading are my favorite.

it would be nice to have a pick every month. i'll make a blog for all the choices so anyone can leave a comment. you have a suggestion for a month's pick? feel free to leave a comment.

Water For Elephants / Sara Gruen

this was a great book.  the mysterious side of the 1920's traveling circus had my attention.  the history sara dug up was intriguing.  the freak shows, the animal acts, the con-artists,...

The Raw Shark Texts / Steven Hall

i just read this book.  it's way out there, but somehow, it pulled me in easy.  very willy wonka, matrix, fight club, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind...  one of the things i like...
