Remember that!
We're Tact and we're a Visual band. We call ourselves that because we aspire to be a Visual Kei band, but we won't officially make that claim until we feel we truly deserve it. Finding a genre to describe ourselves is quite difficult otherwise because of the variety of influences we have, yet one particular one comes to mind now. Miyavi's new movement of Neovisualism is all about bringing new things to VK and VK outside of Japan is very new, so there you are, perhaps we are a Neovisual band, perhaps.
What do genres matter anyway? (in the spirit of MYV... FUCK GENRE!) The point is we're Tact. It's all about the music. We love music, we love making music, we love playing it, we love people (so put people, making music and playing it together and imagine how much we love that!). We want to make music and touch all of you. Tact is not a chick band, however (even though we all love the color pink). We do play instruments (well) & yes, we're legit.
With that said,
Jesska & çé became friends in high school, but in early 2007 they co-starred in their school Drama and realized that they shared a passion for music and a love for the limelight. As fate would have it, a random click from Jesska brought JeyR into view. He was a guitarist, only one town over, Jesska had seen at a recital they both played; Jesska's father, a talented musician as well, was so impressed by his ability at the time that even years later, remembered the boy. With the same interests and dreams, this could not be coincidence, but fate, and so, Tact was formed.
