Since Irvine had fun banished from within its borders in March of 1984, we decided after our high school graduation in the summer of 2007 to start DJ’ing house parties to give the bored citizens something to do. We love and listen to everything: The Mars Volta, J Dilla, The Ramones, BMarley, The Beatles, etc., but there’s nothing better than electronic: rock/disco/techno/dark/house dance music. Hope you like our sound and that you’ll dance and not be a spectator.In the year 2005 the best independent film ever, a documentary entitled, "Grizzly Man", was released to critical acclaim and massive media attention worldwide. Upon watching this film for the first time, our lives were forever changed. We will say nothing of its content, you must watch it to understand it. Our name and purpose are inherited from the film.Come dance and celebrate with Spirit the Fox at the Fox’s Den ( Google Map The Fox’s Den ) starting the summer of 2008 in honor of Timothy "Grizzly Man" Treadwell, who, although he didn’t love electronic music, gave his life for his cause in defending the best animal on Earth (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timothy_Treadwell).
