Brandon Lee is the son of the legendary Bruce Lee. Like his father Brandon was a trained martial artist, however he did not aim to star in action movies as much as he aimed for the more dramatic role. Dispite this he used his talent to begin his career in the film industry. He first starred in a television film called "Kung Fu: The Movie". He later appeared in films such as "Showdown in Little Tokyo", "Legacy of Rage", and "Rapid Fire".
His most famous role though was in his final movie "The Crow" which combined his skilled stunts with his striking presence.
Sadly this was the last film Brandon ever got to star in as he was tragically killed on set. He was shooting his character's death scene on location in Wilmington, NC, when an improperly cleaned prop gun fired a dummy tip into his midsection. The tip tore through Lee's abdomen and lodged in his spine. After losing a considerable amount of blood, he died on the operating table at New Hanover Regional Medical Center at 1:04 P.M. on March 31, 1993.
Lee who had been planning on marrying his long-time girlfriend the next month, was laid to reat near his father in Seattle.
Here is a trailer for Brandon's final film:
