I am the Founder of Mother Against Sexual Preditors{M.A.S.P}.*INFORMATION SITE ONLY!* M.A.S.P began on 5-12-07 due to My only daughter being sexually assulted @ the age of 9 in our "HOME" as she did her school work indoors. She was laying on a piece of carpet next to her Father's Congas("LAS MANOS") When this "TRUSTED" friend of ours(so we thought) molested her. He (Guadalupe Trevino) would ask every 5-10 min if he could go use our bathroom,"Lupe" or "Lupio" as he is also known, was 59 yrs old as of June 28. In Oct. Trevino FTA(failed to appear) for his Arraignment and Pre-trail. As a "former" Law Enforcement Officer(Corrections);I chose to "advocate" for these innocent children {become their voice}. Children of all ages(minors) must be protected from these poor excuse we continue to call Human Beings. Fact that certain Law Enforcement Officials here xPD says ".... Trevino is no where to be found...,"which is hard to believe being that he("LUPE") has family in the Law Enforcement field.(Federal)**UPDATE**UPDATE**UPDATE**UPDATE**UPDATE**On Oct. 21st as I read all of my e-mails a Tip came in, Although reluctant I followed up on it, I was given a telephone # for me to call; after praying to the GOOD LORD for him to guide me w/this phone conversation...I called and I spoke w/Trevino's son;I went 25 miles out of town where Guadalupe Trevino had been hiding out.Once I got to the destination I "staked out" the house{briefly}just to make sure there was "movement" I then went to APD and briefed the CRPL. on the situation. I gave them copy of the arrest warrant and lead them back to where Trevino was staying;Trevino was then apprehended w/ in minutes of him coming out of the house.First thing Monday Morning I made an URGENT request to the DA that his bond not be granted due to him being a flight risk since he had been on the run for Five{5} months. **THE JUDGE GRANTED ME such REQUEST** I was EXTREMELY DETERMINED w/help from the DA to win this case and be that person to make that differance. His new arraignment is set for Nov. with a trial by the new yr. GOD Willing.***UPDATE***UPDATE***UPDATEToday is Thursday January 10th 2008,JUSTICE has been served!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on Wednseday 1-9-08 Trevino was found GUILTY on all 3 counts. Our Victory could of not been possible in any shape or form if the Good Lord wouldn't of had a "hand" in it. after all The LORD never gives us more than what we can't handle only he know how much one can bear. Our gratitude is to our loving Father [Jesus Christ] first and foremost then to the fabulous DA[Mr J. Hubert] and his awesome staff that made every effort to keep me informed ALWAYS!!! To the wonderful Men and Women of the jury that found this child molestor GUILTY!!! "Together we ARE keeping our children SAFE!"Our Thanks also goes out to "KITTY's" teacher(Ms L.Contrerras) whom was there helping ease my child as we were going through this very difficult trail, to ALL others whom had us in their every prayer.
