People are always asking me why I started Hey Cupcake! The answer? I've loved cupcakes my entire life and have been an avid baker since age three. Ok...I admit it. That's not exactly the truth.
The reason I started selling cupcakes for a living has to do more with freedom of expression and creativity than it does a good old fashioned cupcake. I always wanted to create a one-of-a-kind business that allowed me to do almost anything I wanted to. That being said, this idea could never have come to fruition without the support of my family, friends and loyal customers. To sum it up, Hey Cupcake! is my American Vanilla Dream come true.
