About Me

Jesse is a session/touring bassist residing in the LA area. Since moving to Los Angeles in mid 2005 Jesse has moved around musically in the last 3 or 4 years; touring with such artists/bands as Optimus, Cipes and the People and currently Hoobastank. Jesse has been touring on bass duty for Hoobastank since mid January 2009 and before that, he was the bottom end for country artist Stephanie Quayle. However despite his recent playing on rock and pop music in LA, Jesse attended the New England Conservatory of Music from 2000-2004, studying classical music under instruction of Lawrence Wolfe of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Jesse has performed/recorded with NEC Symphony Orchestra, New Bedford Symphony, MIT Symphony, Harvard Symphony Orchestra, Helen Hall, This is the Hospital, Cipes and the People, Optimus, Nathan Bayreuther Jazz Combo, Michelle Newman, Liquid Happen, and Stephanie Quayle. As noted previously Jesse is the current touring bassist for Hoobastank. Check here or Hoobastank's website for current info on the tour for 2009 and how to get tickets...
