Virology started back in june 2007 under the name
of Razorcunt by Bob, Ash, Ulf and Frida. They recorded
a two track promo that received tremendous feedback
and people seemed to like it alot. Unfortunantly due
to personal reasons Frida left the band in mid-july and
thats when the remaining members decided that they
might as well could change the name into something else
that would suit the newer stuff that had been written
during july-august since it came out sounding a bit
different from the older material.
So Razorcunt are there for no more, but welcome
the wrath of Virology instead, leaving the goregrind
style behind them and going into a more brutal death
metal styled sound, but dont be afraid, Virology is
just as brutal, if not even more brutal, than they were
under the name of Razorcunt.
Recently they got signed to Dans crypt records and
are working on a fullength entitled "Harvesting the meek"
that will be released later this year. Also, welcome newly
recruited bassplayer Lane into the fold!
