In the words of John Quincy Adams: "Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost."Just to let you know, the National Debt has gone up steadily for years. It went up under Clinton. There was no surpluse. Here's the Current National Debt.
..America is Advanced Citizenship!..
That’s a line from a movie called The American President.
Millions of people come here to embrace the freedoms that most natural born Americans take for granted. The government of the United States tells you there’s someone trying to kill you, and they may be right. There are people around the world who, for some reason, want us wiped from the face of the earth. And we should fear them. It’s important to understand who your enemies are, and it’s important to defend against them. But there’s a bigger problem. It’s called The Government of the United States.

March 4th 1789 should be as important a date to Americans as July 4th 1776. It is the date the Constitution went into effect, and in essence, the date The United States of America was born. We should celebrate it, revere it, and all free-minded people of the world should look at it as a moment of greatness. But the date goes largely forgotten. No fireworks announce it; no speeches venerate it; no American respects it.
The Constitution is a flawed document in some ways. Its major flaw is that it allowed the institution of slavery to exist within the United States. It is sad element of that great law, but was born out of necessity. Had the Three-Fifths Compromise not been adopted by the Constitutional Convention, the Constitution may never have been adopted. It is a mar on that great document, which, fortunately, was abolished. Yet, we should never forget.
Many things have gone into the destruction of the Constitution. One of the major causes of the destruction of the Constitution is that politicians run the government. Misinterpretation of the Constitution began almost immediately.
But the first major blow the liberty was the election of Abraham Lincoln. Known as the Great Emancipator, he really should have been called the destroyer of America (See the Blog: Abraham Lincoln, the Tyrant).
The next great moment that led toward the destruction of Liberty was the election of FDR (A future Blog will address that). With the collusion of the Congress, the President and the Supreme Court, the government has effectively destroyed the Constitution. Sadly, George W. Bush (or as I call him, King George), has done more to destroy the protections of the Constitution and Natural Law than any president since Lincoln. I think he went Lincoln one better.
I made this MySpace, in this critical juncture in American history, to counter the propaganda of the Republicans and Democrats. I will be posting my thoughts on matters of politics in this page, and I hope to stimulate dialog on the salient issues that affect America. Please feel free to discuss, post comments, and let’s find a way to get America back on track.
