People keep asking me about where the name Cashus Clay came from, and basically it's just that I was told that when I was just a lil fella, my grandmother used to call me lil Cassius after Cassius Clay aka Muhammed Ali because she said I used to throw bottles at nurses and I was just a little fighter so her nickname for me was her "lil Cassius". So later on in life it only made since to use it as a stage name too since my real name is Clay, and people would say "Damn, man you rap like you made it already,you got a cocky flow" and so was birthed Cashus Clay$. I spell it Cashus because...I love CASH of course but it goes further for me C.A.S.H.U.S means, Cause All Souls Have Unique Sounds meaning that no matter what type of music or whatever you do whether someone appreciates it or not ,at the end of the day somebody feels the same way you do and can relate to what you speak about and are going through. So consider yourself an artist no matter what whether you rap,sing,draw,dance,do poetry, design clothes or structures...your art form is yours and it's unique because it's yours so don't be afraid to express yourself. C.L.A.Y. cause Clay Loves All Yall, haters included cause hatin is a talent and alot of yall do it well so I appreciate all the love I get.
