Hey What's up. My name Is Alvin. I was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. I moved to Oklahoma City back in summer 2000. Music and cooking are my passions. I attended Platt College Culinary Art. I love to create a lots of fancy foods, coz presentation and color are very important ya know... Chef Anthony Bourdain and Chef Gordon Ramsey are my favorite chefs. I also love to play drum. My style of playing is 80's hair metal band. My drum technique was influenced by Tommy Lee (motley crue) and Rikki Rockett (poison). Okay Nuff Said !!!!!!!
