Hi, I'm Melodye, and I'm addicted to coffee.
Yeah, Melodye, like the song.
I have a very unique view on life.
I truly believe Jesus Christ is my Savior, and I'm not ashamed to say it.
I have the absolute worst timing, in the world.
I have no artistic ability, whatsoever.
I refuse to live my life solely to impress others.
I tend to overuse commas and semicolons.
I have a passion for singing and laughing.
I live by the lyrics of "I Hope You Dance."
I love to make others laugh--whether it's with me or at me.
You will find me with my tongue stuck out in most of my pictures.
I get physically sick while watching horror movies.
I tend to speak and act before I think.
I have the butt of a black woman.
(That is, in no way, meant as a racist comment.)
I have a love/hate relationship with my body.
I hog the covers and sing in the shower.
I quote song lyrics and use sarcasm more than the average person.
I find beauty in simple things such as the diversity of laughter and the perfectly round shape bubbles take.
I have a strange phobia of crawdads (which are small, freshwater lobsters, for all you city-folk).
However, I'd rather swim in the North Umpqua River than a pool, any day.
I'm soft-hearted and that tends to get me in trouble, a lot.
I love the feeling of finding a song with lyrics describing everything I'm going through at that moment in time.
I'm easily intimidated.
I worry way too much and tend to overanalyze everything in my life.
I'm not jealous...I'm territorial.
I drink everything with a straw.
I'm "Chubby." "Fat." "Pleasantly plump." "Poofy."
However, I'm perfectly fine with that; chubby people are harder to kidnap.
Flowers and love songs steal my soul.
I have a body built just like a coke bottle--a 2-liter.
My family and friends are pretty far up there on my priority list (along with Jesus and toilet paper).
I've made a resolution to hold no more grudges.
I'm terrible at telling people no; please don't take advantage that.
I don't deal well with change.
I have an addictive personality.
I wear my heart on my sleeve.
I believe:
...there really is something sexy about the rain.
...laughter is the most beautiful human expression.
...anything you're feeling can be found in music.
...life isn't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride.
...once you find love, you don't want to live without it.
...sometimes, you have to fake it.
...I am fashion-retarded.
...people come into our lives for specific reasons; it's up to us to figure out why.
...any girl that says she doesn't like chocolate is secretly a man.
...laughter really is the best medicine.
...you won't find what you're looking for until you stop looking.
...everything happens for a reason; it's God's will.
