My name is Steve but I DJ under the Alias of Scuba. I'm a resident DJ for a local Drum and Bass night called iSKANK in Bournemouth, currently run by DJ Dose and DJ Base. Please check out the iSKANK Myspace page for Details about up and coming nights (see my top friends).

I only started getting into DJing around 2 years ago, I was influenced in 2005 by pendulum to start listening to Drum and Bass. After a year of listening my taste for Drum and Bass developed and decided to buy my first pair of decks and learn to mix. It wasn't too long until I got the hang of the basics and was enjoying playing at party's and social gatherings.
I play mostly Jump-up, I can't get enough of wobble and dirty bassline. I also mix a little bit of liquid and the more heavy rolling techstep, but it rarely stays in the record bag.

I Spend a majority of my weekends down my local town of Bournemouth, but often travel all over to other Towns and City for Clubbing and Raves. I try to go to as many events as possible, unless there a good reason why I can't go, if that be lack of funds or being in no real state for more partying...
