Formed in late 2003, Crimson Fury is made up of two brothers and a friend who began playing together after years of knowing each other via mutual acquaintances. Eager to contribute to the Charlotte music scene, David and Matt are Rhode Island natives who moved here in 1998 and met Cody, from Los Angeles, soon after. All three members began learning their instruments at roughly the same time, having been influenced by various friends and family members throughout the years. With interests ranging from classic rock and heavy metal to funk and ska, these three young musicians are attempting to put their complementary talents to use, hoping others enjoy their music the way they do: Not so much to take their minds off the troubles of life as to set their hearts on the eternal joy and peace that come from above (Revelation 12:10-12).
