Eriya was born in Yokohama, Japan. Eriya has been playing classical piano since he was 4 years old. Eriya came to Australia in 2001 and he has finished his Bachelor of music degree at QUT in 2007.
Eriya is currently studying Master of music studies at Griffith University.Eriya has also been performing experimental music around Brisbane. Eriya is in Fuyu, IMO, TAD Guru, Kappa, Kokeshi etc
