Sound System called Irie Revolution (Selector Jahngo & Deepstoned Selecta) originated in February 2007 as a result of listening & following Reggae and Dub music for many years and a desire to get this type of music and di message it brings closer to di society today. Why Irie Revolution!? Irie means: To be at peace and harmony with yourself and di status quo of your existence. Everybody can feel Irie!!! We have planted di first seed in a club in Novi Sad called Cuba Libre and it grew to become Yaggy Thursday (resident night) which you can still sent every Thursday on our city streets… We also let our juice flow in: Rastaman Vibration Caravan (Zrenjanun), Roots Kore Revolution (with Errol Bellot and Kenny Kulture), EXIT Festival (Exit Kamp stage, Reggae Stage, Roots & Flowers stage),Trenchtown Festival, Una River Splash (BiH), Salt&Pepper (Pforzheim, Germany), Masters (Zagreb), Route66, Trema (EXIT kampanja), Crna Kuca, Bunker Hill, Gerila Bar, café-bar Imperija, Gusan, Noc Muzeja (Muzej Savremenih Umetnosti), Kite Loop (Ada Bojana), Ritmo Latino, project AlterCity (final event), Panta Rhei (Bachka Topola), cafe Del Soul, Kundalini(Sombor), Dom Omladine (Shabac), club Joker, cafe-bar Skippers, Radio cafe… But what really gets Irie Revolution high to the roof are parties in nature and that’s why we happily remember Summer Sessions at camp MekTvrd, Weed Smokers Park (Slo. Konjice - SLO), Lake splash (Varazdin-CRO)…it was a special honor to be guests at, unfortunately, one of di last “Junglism” shows at Radio “AS”. We are always prepared to cooperate with all di people with good will. Cooperation is di next station for building the new reggae nation… The sounds that we mostly play are: >Dub<>Nu Dub<>Roots Reggae<>New Roots< Live Life IRIE me friend!!!
