BIOGRAPHY ITALIAN ------------------------------------------------------- Nel 2005 nasce il progetto solista Mattia M. L’amore per il cinema e la letteratura Horror viene trasposto in musica per creare atmosfere cupe ed opprimenti. I suoni, realizzati attraverso la manipolazione di loop precostituiti o con la tastiera, dipingono lugubri ambientazioni spesso accompagnati dalla voce narrante di Mattia M. All’inizio del 2007, Mattia M si avvicina al mondo del cinema horror indipendente realizzando le colonne sonore dei due cortometraggi “3gp-horror†e “Il settimo Omicidio†del regista Contebiz e prodotti dal sito di Horrorlandia. Nello stesso periodo Mattia M stringe contatti di collaborazione ed amicizia con altri importanti registi del circuito horror indipendente : Ricky Caruso (Visione Singolare Factory), Paolo Del Fiol, Alberto Genovese e Luigi De Conti. Il 2007 si rivela un anno decisivo anche e soprattutto per due aspetti : 1) viene realizzato l’album solista “Sounds Of Horror†2) Inizia la collaborazione con l’amico e musicista Roby Tav. Dalla collaborazione con Roby Tav prendono vita i VISIONI GOTICHE che in breve tempo realizzano gli album “Vampires†e “Spiritismâ€. Quest’ultimo, in particolare, rappresenta la colonna sonora dell’omonimo cortometraggio scritto e sceneggiato da Mattia M e per la regia di Luigi De Conti (il cortometraggio è in fase di realizzazione). BIOGRAPHY ENGLISH -------------------------------------------------- In 2005 the solo project Mattia M is born. The love of horror movies and literature is transposed into music to create gloomy and oppressive armospheres. The sounds, generated by using pre existing loops or with a keyboard, depict somber visualizations often accompanied by the narranting voice of Mattia M. At the beginning of 2007 Mattia M approaches the world of indipendent horror movies by making the soundtracks for two short movies “3gp-horror†and “Il Settimo Omicidio†by director Contebiz and produced by the site Horrorlandia. During this same period Mattia M befriends and cooperates with other important directors in the independent horror circuit : Ricky Caruso (Visione Singolare Factory), Paolo Del Fiol, Alberto Genovese e Luigi De Conti. 2007 turns out to be crucial particularly for two reasons : 1) the solo album “Sounds Of Horror†is produced and 2) cooperation with friend and musician Roby Tav begins. From this cooperation with Roby Tav VISIONI GOTICHE come to life who, in a short period of time, produce the albums “Vampires†and “Spiritismâ€. This last album in particular, is the soundtrack for the short movie that goes by the same name and is screenplayed by Mattia M under the direction Of Luigi De Conti (this short movie is currently in the making).Horror Pictures at satanspace.com
