music is my absolute number-one soulquivering passion. seeing a really good band play live just does it for me. reading comes in at a close second. i also dig: writing; film; photography; making jewelry for my business, smitten kitten jewelry; art; vintage clothing/decor; traveling; sarcasm; liberal politics; cooking; nag champa; cold weather; rain; being barefoot; really dirty gin martinis with extra olives; mexican, cuban & indian food. i'm not in the least bit athletically inclined - the only sport i enjoy watching is laker basketball.
