Susan Brown

I've been writing music, playing guitar, and singing for many years, but up until about two years ago, I was mostly just a kitchen musician and didn't perform much in public due to a bad case of intense stage fright. After recording "Come Back Baby" and several backup vocals for the "Winterhawk" cd, Jamie DeFrates (aka love of my life) convinced me that I should be up on stage with him. So far, it's gotten easier each time I perform (I find that a little wine helps a bit), and we're now working on our next cd to be titled "It's About Time." I've posted four one-take rough cuts that are contenders for the new cd (recorded in the kitchen of course). - Stay tuned for more - Peace, Susan
