News from the crew

4/14/08 - We're now running under new management. ;)

First off, all the PCs are up and running. We have all 20+ computers patched, updated and ready for play!

Several atmospheric changes are happening at Warzone! The owners are going to install speakers throughout the store so we have constant music. There will be significant changes on top of that by the end of the month so stay updated by checking our website or come into the store! :)

Mon/Thurs. - Open 11am-10pm

Tuesday - $2 Tuesday $2 an hour all day!!

Fri.-Sun. - (as usual) Open 11am - Midnight. Weekends are still open for over twelve hours of gaming!!
Starting 7/15 going till 7/31 $15 all day passes any day!!!

Please, if you know anyone that frequents the store on these days let them know about our changes so this transition will be as smooth as possible. :)

10/24/09 - ATTENTION Counter Strike Source PLAYERS! There is a upcoming CS tourny!!Denton will be hosting the tournament on the 24th of October! The tournament will be a FFA match with a few map rules and such. The entry fee is $10 a player, with purchase of entering the tournament you will recieve 1 energy drink and a bag of chips along with $1 a hour gaming for the rest of the day! There will be prizes for 1rst 2nd and 3rd place, so come down and test your skills in CS source!!

10/9/09- !!!UPCOMING LOCK-N-Spook!!! For those who are just checking out Warzone and arent sure of what a lockin is its 8 hours of pure tournaments and gaming. Starting at 12am (11pm for Lock-n-spook) on Friday lasting till 8 am (Saturday). At the lockin there are tournaments with prizes of Free all day passes free hours drinks and candy. Also constant music and movies in the back. The lockin is $20 prepaid $25 at the door. When purchasing a lockin you purchase 8 hours of gaming a midnight meal drinks and a early morning breakfast! At this lockin there will be all sorts of new stuff! Denton will be hosting a yet another Famous DoTA (WarcraftIII) Tournament test your skills against him and see if you somehow can win!!! Also we will be having extra candy and little giveaways. Finally at the lock in spook we will be having a costume contest! The prize for the winner of the contest will be 1 free all day pass and 1 XL monster energy drink along with a monster energy huge sticker! So come on down to our next lockin and have a great night of gaming and hanging our!

Our newest additions to the store inlcude an incredible lounge with 4 50" DLP TVs, 4 lime green couches, and 4 Xbox360s! Also, in the back of the store we have a Nintendo Wii area with our projector (with a screen the size of our wall!) which we've equipped with 6 giant - and I mean GIANT - comfy, (Warzone-Crew-approved! ;D) bean bags!!!
