"Walkin' The Line" is a first-class authentic tribute to Johnny Cash, June Carter and The Tennessee Three. WTL proudly recreates note for note the sounds of The Legendary "Man in Black". Tribute Artist Bennie Wheels fronts the group, bringing back the look, voice and charisma of Johnny in his prime...The "Folsom Prison Era". In addition, Bennie's actual wife Renee portrays June Carter, which W. S. "Fluke" Holland (JC's Drummer) said she was "June All Over Again"! Together, Bennie and Renee' bring to life the natural chemistry of the legendary duo.
Formed in the Fall of '07, WTL has performed various DFW live music venues, city concerts, festivals, corporate events, and private events. A special thank you goes out to all the Johnny Cash fans and others who have enjoyed our show. Thank you for letting us share our memory of the Man in Black with you. It wouldn't be a show without you guys there!
