After three years of being closed the newly refurbed RELENTLESS GARAGE has re-opened at Highbury Corner. A 630 capacity main venue and 150 capacity smaller venue and 60 capacity Bar Venue.Decorated in browns and creams with a new barrell style ceiling and with every wall renewed and all new sound - light - stage - etc. The NEW Garage is very impressive venue with state of the art facilities for both bands and fans.Thank you to everyone who joined this site and campaigned with us and through the HIGHBURY GAZETTE to keep the GARAGE alive. Thank you to MAMA and HMV and RELENTLESS for showing faith in a deep recession and putting the money in to make the venue once again the Number One venue in Islington.--------------------------------------------------

THE GARAGE needs around £250 - £500K of repairs to its building. **********************************************STOP PRESS : SEPT 18 2006: NEWS : THE GARAGE and MEAN FIDDLER Group has been bought by THE "MAMA" GROUP ( BARFLY - CHANNEL FLY - ETC ) NO OTHER INFORMATION KNOWN AT PRESENT about their plans but we hope to bring them on here as soon as we hear !!
