The Music Box was setup during 2007 after being used as a private home studio for over 2 years. Primarily used for recording by the owner, interest grew from solo artists and bands alike after hearing material that had been produced and recorded at the studio. A number of bands and artists have already used the studio to record both demos and E.P’s including ‘Friends With Thieves’, ‘Seye Adelekan’, ‘Box Fresh’, ‘Exit Stage Left’, 'Jade Fox' and many more.
We are based in Petts Wood, South East London.
Our main service is providing a recording studio including engineer and producer, at an affordable rate, however we do also provide post-production options which include a full mix-down of the tracks you record here, at a set charge, no matter how many hours the mix takes. We can also offer design extras, including CD inlay and cover design, posters, flyers and even a photo shoot for your band.
