The Rise and Fall

About Me

The Rise and Fall. The name is a symbol for the evolutionary nature of all life and art. An evolution that this musical project is embracing with a sense of excitement and passion for the music they create. The initial creative energy that formed this band came from lead singer/guitarist Ryan Creamer and keyboardist Justin Mrusek when the two paired up in early 2007 to start writing, recording, and simply creating new music. The songs and inspiration that came from these early sessions was the driving force in The Rise and Fall.
Ryan and Justin, along with drummer Ben Creamer, played together in Ryan’s acoustic rock project ryan VS. creamer. Based out of Cincinnati, OH, ryan VS. creamer released a 5 song EP produced by Josh Edmondson and shared the stage with national and regional acts such as Gavin DeGraw, Josh Kelley, Zox, Oval Opus, and Red Wanting Blue.
Now, based out of Nashville, TN, Ryan and Justin continue to write and constantly develop the sound and style of the project now known as The Rise and Fall. The Rise and Fall also recently added bassist Tom Beaupre from Nashville, TN. Armed with an arsenal of infectious melodies, inspired lyrics, and an ever increasing resume’ of live show experience, Ryan, Justin, Ben, and Tom are more focused than ever on creating and expressing a passion in the form of music. A passion in the form of The Rise and Fall.
