PI GAMMA KAZAAM is currently locked down until we figure out how to get my laptop back to working.

My laptops current symptoms are as follows:
1. Issues with saving images in Poser.
Whenever I save an image, it will freeze up whenever I try to save to another
format than the default png., try to leave the folder it has as default, or name
it anything different than what it has as default. Previously, all these
options were allowed. I believe it's related to Windows Explorer because of the
other issues.
2. there are several issues concerning the desktop that causes images being
opened to lock up. Likewise, nothing can be saved to the desktop without it
malfunctioning and freezing. This was alleviated by opening a new folder and
saving there instead until....
3.If you right click to bring up options, the computer freezes if you go over
the "new" menu.
4. When opening a folder in explorer many times it will freeze up. This was the first symptom and it started with only
exclusively effecting the folders that try to open as a photo album preset. But
now other folders mess up as well.
5. When uploading images on ebay or photobucket.com, internet explorer will lock
up either when navigating the save menu or immediately after hitting
"OK"
6. when copying and pasting or cutting and pasting, many times the process
freezes at the beginning.
7. When deleting files, at times the files don't disappear until you leave the
folder and then come back to it.
I've checked for updates and all of my programs are up to date and Norton is
completely up to date. I've tried system restore.
