Inspired by Cash Money super producer Mannie Fresh. V.T also has family ties to New Orleans, home of Jazz and blues which flows through his veins. At age fourteen his sports career was abruptly cut short by a spine illness. As two years passed, V.t Decided to take up his other true love, Music. At age sixteen V.T put a business proposal together an was awarded fifteen thousand dollars in grant money. But unfortunately he was swindled out of his money by adults which was a blessing in disguise . From that point he got his first lesson in business. "Count Your Own Money!" With the money he had left he built his own studio. The first thing he got was a Akai Mpc 2000xl. This would be important at the time because there was no fruity loops or reason no computer generated software to make beats. After years of writing and composing, through his cousin "Jiggsaw" he meet "Traxamillion" who would help him as a mentor and a teacher on how to succeed in the music business. "Traxamillion" taught V.t how to use equipment to broaden his horizon, how to submit songs to artist, and how to receive his royalties. One thing that was invaluable that he did was push V.t. He let him know that he "needed to be heard." V.t style is a mixture of jazz/soul/r&b/tech-no/and bass have tracks with live instruments. His Signature V- V- V -T on the track can be heard through out the bay and further. His first radio song with the "Dem Hoodstarz" Feat V.t "Code Of The Streets" has been one of the most successfully bay area songs nation wide in years!!! V.t is currlenty Producing and writing songs for "Dem Hoodstarz" Next Album, Black Friday which he is going to kill off every producer on there!!! He has also produced for "Electric Love" by "Netta B," Winner of the bay areas Def Jam Star Search. "Too Short" and the "Trunk Boiz's" "Im Not A Playa", "Nigga Don't Act Like A Bitch" and "Evacuate".
