Greetings from Hitchin's little pub on the roundabout, the cheese wedge so often passed by but once entry has been made you will be hooked.......for ever...and....ever....and....ever....honest!An old Victorian pub, called The Victoria and run by a really lovely landlady called Victoria, life is just too freaky sometimes don't ya think?A match made in heaven, Vic & Vic met years ago when Vic was a nipper. Her family moved to Hitchin into a lovely little white Victorian house in a lovely little lane called Dukes. With The Vic pub a mere 2mins walk from home Vic, her sis Nic and bro Vin, never saw their parents much and therefore had to frequent the establishment from a very young age. It didn't take long to realise that this pub was the hub of the community, a place to meet and......well drink basically.Not much has changed, it's a great place to meet & greet, laugh & dance, eat & drink & think if you want to. A friendly community pub with a whole lotta character.It's a place where....everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came!
