American Baby in Holland "Deborah"

Me?? American living in Holland, I love America with all her beauty and warts too. I stand up for her everyday but I am happy to be living in my adopted country too. I am lucky to have two lands I can call home!! Mother, of three wonderful sons that I am so proud of for their own reasons, one for being strong and seeking to become the best I always knew he is, one that is starting a brand new life in a brand new place and daring to do so and the last for being the example for so many people, myself included to live a life that is true and honest, full of faith and belief!! Girlfriend, of Jos. A wonderful man, my hero, my best friend a fire fighter for 30 years and an example of substance for all that know him!! Employee of two nursing homes for the elderly, where some of my best friends live. They are such wonderful grandmas and grandpas. They are full of life and even though their bodies are old their minds and hearts are young. Their stories are wonderful and their laugh is filled with youth!! English Teacher of Dutch adults. Students filled with desire to learn or to better their knowledge of the language I take so often for granted. Students that are always prepared for class and excited to learn something new!! Friend to many wonderful people. I cherish all of you and YOU know who you are. You stand by me when I need support, you stand behind me when I need to do it on my own ready to catch me if I fall and there for me at all times. Thank you all!! A fan. Dave Matthews Band is more to me than just music. I love the music with every note of it I hear but it also gives me happiness when I am sad, spunk when I am tired and calm when I am stressed. Thank you Dave Matthews for being the genius you are! Daughter of wonder parents that gave me a terrific childhood filled with love and happiness, travel and adventure!! Sister to a terrific older brother that is a great example of a God Fearing, God Loving man, to a younger brother that is serving his country in the Army and at the moment in Iraq serving with his soldiers. To a younger step-brother that has been in my life most of my life and even though we don't see each other as often as I would like, he knows I love him and would do anything I can for him. And lastly a little sister. We didn't grow up together but we look like twins that are born 17 years apart. I look at her and see myself and like what I see!! She is a wonderful wife and mother and has all the qualities I try to set as my standards in life too.
