For the past ten years the Detective James W. Matthews Sr. Scholarship Foundation Law Enforcement Basketball Tournament has been rich in the tradition of providing a challenging and competitive Basketball Tournament , that is steep in athletic and social traditions that welcomes the interest of law enforcement officers from all over the nation. The JWM-LEBT invites your law enforcement basketball team to be a part of this event so you can experience the high level of its competition. Being in this tournament, players have always found that the atmosphere produces them to the top level of their game. That is why in 2003 , we had 10 overtime games. The JWM-LEBT prides itself in strong competition , and its tournament organizational skills. We copy no other tournament or there packages we are unique and strive to be! Our tournament offers nothing but the best of what ever we can provide. Ask any law enforcement basketball team that has been in our tournament how it was and then you make your decision. But I most warn you , if your team comes here weak you will leave soon Make no mistake , this is one of the strongest law enforcement tournaments in the country, and your excuse of not coming are understandable, but if you want to make your mark in law enforcement basketball here’s your chance. We also provide our own night entertainment as well as a the area’s entertainment.
