Hiya i'm Mel Rook and I live in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Here is my myspace profile set up to network with potential bookers,photographers,agents and also to keep in touch with friends and also hear from my fanbase.My official website is www.melrook.co.uk where you can see more of my work,publishings and resume.Before i changed my life into becoming a glamour model i spent 6 and a half years serving in the British Armed Forces getting dirty, sweaty and not being very glam at all. A contrast to my current lifestyle I know, but being in the army has served a purpose as it has taught me respect, discipline, professionalism and kept me physically fit over the years. I also gained my independance through it all.In the army I worked as a riding instructor for a few years which I enjoyed so much as I have a love for horses and i also got to compete for the army as well as representing my regiment in show jumping. I did my first ever Pentathlon competition and also qualified as a gym intructor upon leaving the army.I did enjoy my time in the Forces however after a while I realised that it was modelling that i truelly wanted to pursue and it is not easy let me tell you however much i love it.I have appeared in lads mags and tabloids such as Nuts,Zoo,Performance bikes,Loaded,The People,The News of the world and have become a regular in The Sport. I've also worked for Exotic Fashion, La Muscle Magazine, and have presented THE RED HOT channel on TV EX.My family are important to me esp my daughter as they support me through my career and are very proud of my work.I'm bubbly very easy to get on with and have a big heart for people i care about. I love to go clubbing and having a drink-getting drunk especially as i get to be silly and dance all night long.
