What am I? Who am I?
I am a guy who likes things to be simple, yet tends to over complicate things.
I love messing with computers. I went to school and used to make video games for a living. It is a true passion of mine. I still do want to make video games.
I am a sucker for movies. I have never walked out of a movie before. I have come close (Battlefield Earth, anyone?). By far the worst film I have ever seen was Motorama. Don't watch it, trust me. That being said, I do like watching movies. I used to work at a video store, so I have a relatively broad knowledge of movie trivia.
I am currently trying to expand my music taste from the era between 1992 and 1997, since most of what I listen to, for a few exceptions, is from that time. The thing is, for the most part, I cannot stand current mainstream music, even most of the grunge metal that is currently playing on the radio. It all goes back to everything sounding the same. Either the chorus feels strong and the rest of the song is whiny and mid-high pitched, or it's the other way around. Matt Pinfield was right when he said radio sucks on Limp Bizkit's album Significant Other. That is why I am still stuck in the 90's era of music. Also, west coast radio is leagues better than east coast radio.
I do like to read, but I am envious of people who can finish 800+ page books in a matter of hours. I almost did that to one book, and that was a Harry Potter book.
