I was born in Kingston, Jamaica I started my musical career with CHRY 105.5 FM on the "ET Special" as a co-host with Elaine Thompson until 1995. In 1996 I co-hosted with Super Jake's on the "Positive Vibration Show" on Saturdays from 2-7AM. That opportunity was made possible by King David who offered that time slots to us. In 1997 I was offered my own time slots on Saturdays from 12mid to 3am, this was made possible by Mr. Neil Armstrong who was the Program Director. At that time the Cool Runnings Show was launched. On the Cool Running Show we play a variety of Canadian and International music. I would like to send blessed love to my former co-host "Mechante, Jay Nice and Carrie Mullings".
