Also, don't forget to spread the word, even if you think we suck!Gravestone Records is simply a collaborative of musicians that create experimental music together. However, in an effort to create signature sounds and unique arrangements we approach the writing and production of our music in a non-traditional way. Our bands set up the evenings instruments, establish an acceptable mix on the PA, records the show on a video camera, then cuts the recording into songs for future release on the Gravestone Records web site. This approach allows the musicians to exercise their creativity and enhances their ability to play with others without wasting time struggling over creative control issues. So, while listening keep in mind that all of these songs were created on the spot (with no practice or premeditation). Furthermore, 99% of the songs were recorded using a digital video camera with only one track. These songs are basically all live recordings with no studio production. Enjoy Them! Or Hate Them! It really doesn’t matter to us as long as you spread the word and continue to support Independent Music!!!!
