Hi, I'm Pete Mars. I'm an MC/Songwriter out of California. I was brought up on A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul, Prince, Michael Jackson, Jimi Hendrix. Consequently I have a very broad list of artist whom I consider influences. As far as rappers go, it would have to be Jay-Z, Common, Nas, Outkast, A Tribe Called Quest, Slick Rick, Lupe Fiasco, Snoop, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, Saigon, and Kanye West.
