I'm a 22 year old Sailor attached to the USS Theodore Roosevelt. Thank you to all of those who keep us service members in your prayers, and thoughts. You will never know just how much it means to us. My Faith is what keeps me going from moment to moment in this fast paced path I've been placed on. There's been alot of rough times, but I'm not giving up. It's VERY tough being a Christian in the Navy, especially being one so open, and against the flow as I am, but I try my best not to let the guys, (and some of the gals) get to me, especially when they're seeking something like I have that they haven't found yet... Lord Willing He'll help me be a light. Fortunately, the Lord has blessed me with some guys to work with that may not believe as I do, but they do respect me, and they back me up when I come under fire and I truly consider a few of them to be my brothers. Some would call me a "Hopeless Romantic," but I think I just try to treat the ladies as they should be treated, although I don't mind taking that overboard now and again...
