Layout by CoolChaser...:::::[A'kin]:::::.... is a project created by Marc Stettner, otherwise known to his friends as Max.
Max is a musician, community festival and record label promoter based in Sydney, who has been constructing music for over 15 years in a diverse array of formats including ska, punk, metal and live hardcore, followed by his current electronic fusion projects - Akin, ONDA (duo) and Bumble.
Since 2004 the driving power and hypnotic melodies encapsulated by stomach rumbling bass heavy psychedelic music has captured his creative attention.
The project ....:::::[A'kin]:::::.... also delves into the creation of the diametrically opposed delights of down-beat psychedelic chill whenever time and space intersect which can be found at the link below for Bumble.
Creating sonically diverse music within software platforms, the unifying theme of his music encaptulates nature, experience, perception and sparking connection.
....:::::[A'kin]:::::....has been playing his dust lifting, bass-heavy, up-beat creations in NSW, Victoria and Queensland since the begining of 2006 and it is without doubt that....:::::[A'kin]:::::....finds pleasure in honestly recreating his music in a live context through continually adding and filtering elements on the fly, playing live synth and guitar.
Onda is a duo creation founded in the latin climes of Argentina. Two friends whose ideas mesh to create deep and twisting full-on psychedelic morning sounds. They are the combination of established artists of A'kin and Thermohaline combined. A phat combination that is to definitely lift the atmosphere of a dance floor.
