About Me

Born in the Fall of '85 as Andrew Le, raised in the avenues of Seattle from Beacon Hill to the Southend. He was introduced to Hip Hop at the age of 13 when he had a knack for drawing and painting, which lead to his pastime of graffiti writing.
At 15, he started writing, whether it was Journalism in high school or English class essays. He soon found his passion for writing and influence in music when he started going to spoken word open mics at The Northwest Asian American Theater in Historical Chinatown. Realizing that there a natural talent with the pen and paper, he began writing rhymes over beats and spittin freestyles in the school yard. He has been blessed to share the stage with artists such as Native Guns, Blue Scholars, Good Medicine (Geologic, Macklemore, Gabriel Teodros, Khingz Makoma), Abyssinian Creole, Cali Agents, Ra Scion, Rob Swift, and many others. At 22, he still grinds out his music, telling stories of what he sees, and what he has seen in his own words.
With a passion and determination for a better world and a social/political movement in society, he is actively serving his community and the people by outreaching to youth, and teaching Poetry/Hip Hop at a non-profit organization in Chinatown.
...and yes, he's Vietnamese.
206 up!
