Influences: Some random facts about myself: I always keep a fully-stocked bar at my house, cuz you never know who might stop by (GABE, maybe?). Purple is my favorite color. I love to paint on canvas, but I don't do it enough. I own over 500 DVDs and have them alphabetized by category in Word. I guess I'm OCD about that. I love my daughter more than anyone else in the world, and my husband is a close second. I'm dreading the day my daughter figures out she can color on the walls. Even if I was a multi-millionaire, I would still drive a Honda Civic. Okay, maybe a Honda Hybrid. I'm too brave for my own good. Family is important to me. I don't call my friends enough. I know an exorbitant amount about plants and insects. I hate math. I hate it when people exhibit poor writing skills. I miss my brother and I hope he is successful at life and happiness. I miss William Autrey (I dream about him a lot). I look better tanned. Maybe I shouldn't say that I hate stupid people. I've been writing a cookbook for years (one of these days I will finish it). Italian food is my favorite. I'm a good cook, and love to try exotic recipes. I almost got mugged in Madrid, Spain and NYC. I should be nicer to everyone. I went to a rave in Kuwait (it was very weird). My favorite place in the world is the Vintgar , Slovenia (just north of Italy). I like to listen to Drum & Bass and drive fast, preferably at the same time. Everything is better with Drum & Bass, it's my obsession. See below.

Sounds Like: It is not a random fact that I am all about Drum and Bass. Music was my life, until I had my daughter. Now, I am sharing my passion for music with my daughter and teaching her what I can. I am a bit of a Jungle snob. I don't have enough time in the day to listen to anything other than Drum'n'Bass. I especially love Pendulum tracks, Andy C (OMG he is amazing live), DJ Fresh (when he's not trying to bring in some hip hop), DJ Hype, DJ Zinc, Danny the Wildchild, Planet of the Drums (and DJ Dara, AK1200, and Diesel Boy by themselves, as well), DJ Marky, Bad Company, Dom and Roland, Teebee, DJ Craze (best turntablist in the world), Prodigy, DJ Shadow, Reid Speed, Qbert (yes, I know he's mostly hip hop, but if you've ever seen in IRL, you would love his mad skillz too), Ed Rush, Optical, Le'Peuple d'Herb, all the local DJs (DJ Vernix, DJ Pizant, Syndrone, The KUK Crew, The HBO Crew, Dr. Wiglet), and the Destroyer.net crew, just to name a few... I also enjoy Trip Hop, IDM, Breakcore, Ragga, Raggacore, in addition to all types of DnB (clown step, rollin', jump up, jungle, Brazilian D&B, dark breaks, hard step....). Maybe one of these days I will have enough time to start producing again. When I do, watch out, the beats are gonna be fat and heavy with a grimey bassline!! Maybe when DJ Vernix gets back from Iraq...
