About Me? Hmmm well I am 20 years old, born and raised in Ft. Wayne, lived here ever since. I guess the biggest thing about me is that I am a music freak. Everything about music intrigues me and sparks my interest. I like to think of myself and my fellow musicians the ones that have the opportunity to bridge the gap between reality and that space of tranquility. I used to be Nursing major at USF, but I realized that it isn't my purpose to heal physically, but rather to heal emotionally and spiritually. I like to make people feel good with music, so I am going to make a journey out to Elmhurst College in Chicago in the fall of '06 in hopes of becoming a Jazz major with a minor in business. Other things about me, I adore my family and friends. My mom gave me the ability to keep my eyes on my goal, whatever it was at the time. My dad helped me pull out my musical abilities, which later became my life goal haha. My sister for drilling into my head that everyone elses opinions about me don't matter as much as what I think of myself. My friends...well they are the ones that keep me in tune with reality and always keep me on my toes. Greg, Jon, Matt, Katie, Kody, Lucas, James, and others that I forgot to mention, you guys and girls keep me on the right track! I guess in my spare time, I write really long things on myspace, play computer, practice my bass guitar (my instrument of choice and the one I am most adept at, at least that's what I've been told) hang out with friends, or just chill out at the house. I am somewhat of a singer, I can play little keyboard, some guitar, and a little alto saxophone. To finish this up, I have tons of inspiration for my music. I like to take Victor Wooten's philosophy, which is all things are inspiration. The lovers, the haters, the outgoing and the self-conscious, the good and bad, the happy and sad, the optimist and the pesomist, the prepies and the outcasts and the in-between, the famous and poor, all of it comes together in my playing, which I hope gives the listener a sense of wholeness of spirit and community. I hope to make it in the music world, and have the opportunity to share it with ya'll. Keep your fingers crossed, and throw in your two cents!
