hi im bola ojex.. im a personal trainer and ifbb pro bodybuilder... I love my job and the way it changes people. Humble friendly and honest is the best way to describe myself...im also a God fearing person.....I turned pro november 2003 by winning the british amateur grand prix..two weeks after i won the efbb british intermediate title.. im currently on a short contract as the bahrani national bodybuilding coach... in the past i competed as a sprinter,gymnast, martial artist.
