The Royal Cruisers Car Club of Northern California was founded in 1993 by Rudy Munoz and Jose Rosa. The club currently has 17 members and 45 classic cars ranging from 1936 through 1959.Most of the members have known each other since childhood. In the 1980's, we cruised and went to car shows as friends. We never had any intention of organizing a car club. As time went on and our group became larger, we decided it was time to give ourselves a name. Since then, we've been featured in many magazines, won numerous awards, escorted the San Francisco 49ers in the 1995 Super Bowl Parade and are best known in Reno as the "Coolest Lowrider Club of Hot August Nights."
In the last fourteen years, we have been cruising, we have gotten older and our families bigger. The Royal Cruisers are truly a family oriented car club.
