Bossilini made her presence known as an expressive female rap artist in 2001. Eventually, she and her rhyming skills came to the attention of Gucci Mane. She was the first artist considered to be signed to his label LaFlare Ent., hence Gucci Man being featured on her ATL hit single "Just Like A Nigga Do". Thereafter she briefly signed to MDC Records an Atlanta based indie label, but eventually went solo. It was her solo career that afforded her opportunities to work with many well known artists and producers in the entertainment industry. Her entertainment portfolio features collaborations with prominent artists such as B-Legit and articles featured in Don Diva Magazine and Grip Magazine. After heading back to Detroit, she then affiliated herself with SheBro Ent, a Detroit based indie label. Upon arrival she immediately grasped opportunities to work with many well known local artists such as Esham, Big Herk, KDeezy and Stretch Money. A half Black and Latino native of Detroit, MI, Bossilini was raised by her parents during and prior to her pre-teen years. Thereafter, she headed for a life in the streets and extravagance in the entertainment industry. Living in the aforementioned world taught Bossalini to grow up fast and she expresses that growth in her lyrical street poetry. Being compared to some, her grimy edgy hardcore rap style, yet sassy classy look puts her in a league all its own. Her lyrics have been inspired by some of Hip Hops most prominent female rappers, from Mia X, to Trina and MC Lyte. She strives to bring something different to the Hip Hop industry while embracing her lyrical talents and sexuality yet demanding her respect as a Bosstress In Da Game.
