Invizible Circle Education…positive purveyors of Hip Hop Culture
Invizible Circle Education is a grass roots youth and community education organisation strongly based in Hip Hop Culture, and aiming to utilise our positions and the power of Hip Hop to positively influence our communities, and particularly our young people. We are a highly motivated, BME led, social and cultural organisation made up of a variety of artists, educators and community activists
We specialise in tailored multimedia educational solutions aimed primarily at the children, youth and community sectors, and offer a variety of informal learning led approaches including Youth and Community Development/Regeneration programmes, Artform projects and workshops, Mentoring and Guidance programmes, Training packages and Interactive Resources, as well as ‘streetlife’

Our programmes are aimed primarily at young people aged 13-22. However, our organisation also actively encourages and supports volunteering opportunities, mentoring, and wider self and community development for all. Our extensive range of services has an extremely varied customer base from Statutory Authorities, the Voluntary Community Sector, all organisations and groups working with, and for, young people and communities, to individuals and other positive Hip Hop supporters

The overall aim of Invizible Circle Education shall be to give education, voice and opportunities to young people and communities through the positive use and preservation of Hip Hop Culture
PROGRAMMES…
Two of our current priority programmes, in addition to ‘streetlife’, are…
'Hip HopES' our unique learning re-engagement and citizenship programme;
By using the core elements and teachings of Hip Hop culture to re-engage the most disaffected young people within our communities, we hope to empower our clients and further help them to transform their educational experiences into positive lessons for their own futures. Invizible Circle Education will deliver a twelve week programme of issue based groupwork using the expertise and complementary skills and approaches of 4-6 of our artists and educators, and utilising 5-7 artforms. Some key outcome areas are improved self awareness and confidence, improved attitudes and behaviours, artform skills development, improved membership of own communities and overall personal and social development.
‘Invizible Voices’ our cross artform global youth and community project;
This international programme aims to provide supported arenas for cross cultural awareness, understanding and co-operation, and utilise the global youth culture of Hip Hop and its many artforms. Our plans are to create a collection of issue based film documentaries with musical interludes to be shown initially via the world wide web. The films will be made by young people from all of our partner countries whilst on exchange visits and also via web based networks and technologies. The long term aspiration is the creation of positive global communities in line with the our vision, and genuinely contributing to peace, equality and justice worldwide.
Invizible Circle Education also provides a range of element/artform specific programmes, projects and workshops including DJing, MCing/Rapping, Spoken Word, Beatboxing, Graffiti, Breakdancing, Rhyme/ verse writing, Film/video, Digital music production, Studio production and mastering.
Following on from each of our programmes, we continue to provide mentoring, community development and volunteering support, and general and partnership support around employment, education and training needs and opportunities.
