I was born in 1983 in Fürth/Bavaria/Germany. I started playing sax at the age of 11. Since 2004 I am studying jazz- and pop-saxophone at the higher school of music in Stuttgart. My greatest experiences in concert were with Wolfgang Schmid, Frank Brodahl, Madeline Bell and Randy Brecker. But not less than that I love playing with my current Bands: "the fmt" (Jazz-Trio with Georg Bomhard [b] and Thorge Pries [dr]), "Tiefbau" (Modern-Jazz-Sextett by Konrad Nitsch), "Risikogesellschaft" (Modern-Jazz-Trio), "Ferngrün Woodwind Ensemble" (Sax-Quartett), "Superskank" (Ska-Punk-Band [www.superskank.de]) and "Volxtanz" (Worldmusic with electronic beats and dramatic arts [www.volxtanz.com]).
