About Me

Myspace Contact TablesMy name is Dan , i live in the magical place that is Cornwall . As you can tell i like stomping around in the wilds searching for the mysterious and picturesque ancient , historic and sacred sites that we are blessed to have here in my home county . My advice is get yourself an O.S explorers map ( beer and smoking materials optional lol ) a good pair of boots and get out there and enjoy it . And it is a good idea to check the weather forecast first! and even if it's clear take some extra gear in your bag as cornwalls climate can change before you can say " Bugger me i forgot my pac a mac or damn where did that gale force wind and fog appear from hehe "

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone interested in the great outdoors , ancient history , local cultures and basically anyone who appreciates thier surroundings and the natural world they live in . My photo's will be added to and updated as i take them , and as i tend to go well off the beaten track have found loads of cairns , ancient way points that tie in with settlements and old trade routes that aren't on the maps , so as i get sorted and collate it all with my co-stomper i will add it to this page complete with map references and the best routes and circuits to take . please feel free to e-mail me and use any images on this site and send me any of your photo's from your travels . My e-mail is [email protected] or [email protected] YOU'RE INTERESTED IN FINDING OUT A BIT MORE ABOUT CORNWALL'S PLACES OF INTEREST AND WILDLIFE , OR WOULD LIKE TO GET INVOLVED IN CONSERVATION AND OTHER VOLUNTEER PROJECTS THAT WILL GET YOU OUT AND ABOUT AND BENEFIT THE COUNTY PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION.
