I don't look good on paper as they say. I look better on canvas- or rather the things on the canvas look good to me. Well they'd have to. I live in a space too small to swing an anorexic kitten and paint there too so if I have a bunch of angry munters staring back at me I'd be depressed quite quickly. Some would say depression and pain go hand in hand with being an artist. But I am not a visual artist really.
My more profound thoughts ( though I don't profess to have profundity in spades - just teaspoons if I'm lucky ) go into my writing. I just love to paint. I'm no pro- I can't do all the clever, conceptual stuff. I can't paint with oils as I'm a liability even with the water based stuff.
