Reis De Opp, origianally called Tenacious E, started in late May of 2007, with only two members. Their names are Andrew and Coty, obviously. On July, 09 2007, a drummer, Ray, joined the band.
Tenacious D was what inspired us to become a band. Obviously, since we were called Tenacious E. The origin of our band name was actually quite simple. E is after the letter D. So, in summary, we were the second D. But with that being written, we have a side to our band that Tenacious D doesn't have; an emo, metal, screamo side. Cradle of Filth is another inspiration to our band, their riffs and vocals help us write songs. But, our new band name, Reis De Opp, was inspired by the Dimmu Borgir song "Vredesbyrd."
The birth of our band will inspire the nation to open their ears and see that our music is among the best. So please, add us, tell your friends to add us, comment us, and do whatever you can to help our small dream of making it big come true.
