Nikos Gourgiotis was born and raised in Athens. From childhood he showed a great passion for piano and music in general. He received his musical education at the National Conservatory in Athens (Ethniko Wdeio) and he graduated with diplomas in Harmony, Counterpoint, Fugue and piano.Currently,he is studying music composition, instrumentation and modern singing. He has co-operated with the National Conservatory in Athens on a project for creating an acoustic and prima vista class, with dance schools (such as «Horokinisi») and the drama school of G. Kimoulis (piano accompaniment on courses of song and phonetics). In the last few years he has been working with the phonetics teacher Loukia Fratsea (school of singing, phonetics, vocals and acting). Nikos Gourgiotis shortly realized his passion for singing, music composition and especially the great feeling that possesses him when he is performing on stage. From day one he attracts the audience’s attention with his talent as a pianist and singer and captivates them with his interesting arrangements on well known songs, his great sense of humor and his direct contact with the audience.
