About Me

Originally from the Morris Park section of the Bronx, I was brought up in Westchester. My grandfather had a big influence in my life musically, teaching me guitar at a young age and singing Italian songs. I have been to many places and met literally thousands of people, but I never ever want to leave NYC. And with all the friends I have made, I always have room for one more. There's nothing like being the center of attention, being a washed up, ex-Rockstar has it's perks.....I really miss the good old days! But what is life like now without rockin' the metro area with your cover band every weekend... I have played with: Guy Febbraio,(Days of Wild, Yazmin, Sly Stone, drummer groovemaster extraordinare),Ben Mauro,(Kelly Clarkson,Lionel Ritchie Band),Patti Russo,(Meatloaf),Tanya Smith,Damon LaScott,(Meatloaf,Trans-Siberian Orchestra),Kay Story,Richie Scarlett,Eddie Ojeda,(Twisted Sister),Drew Zigg,(Steeley Dan),Danny Cipriano,(Sax with Wilson Pickett),Tommy"pipes"McDonnell,(Blues Bros.),Sid Mcginnis,(Late Show guitarist),Gil Parris,Vinny Martell,(Vanilla Fudge),The Coasters, Mike Ciro,(Corey Glover Band, David Sanborn),The Psycho-Delics, a classic rock 60's & 70's band featuring Steve "Budgie' Werner on drums from the Ace Frehley Band, and the legendary Mark Hitt from Rat Race Choir on guitar. I still frequently play some hideous weddings & bar mitzvahs and I still miss my old band, The Groove Gypsys, with whom I played with for over 10 years. My main gig now is with Whoz ya Daddy, a cover party band that really has been drawing huge numbers in all the local clubs, here in the Westchester area. Check us out!! Being a Bass player, groove, feel, tone & time are the main things in having an essential rythym section. Always watch the time, but never, ever lose the groove...........
