When Cymbal Rush began in early 2008, it was just me (Ryan) and an acoustic guitar. I'd just left my spot as the drummer in a band called Keep This In Mind that disbanded shortly after my departure and was looking to do something that didnt require a lot of people to depend on. I then began playing acoustic shows around Omaha, Nebraska that spring and have continued since. Since then, Ben Eisenberger has been added as another official member of the band. We have been good friends and are very excited to continue to work on making music together. As a band, we have recorded our first record, titled "August," which will be released on the web and at shows on June 16th. We are excited to show our music to you and hope to see you at shows.
